Emma is a highly intuitive personal and business coach with a passion for empowering clients to reach their full potential through bespoke and meaningful coaching sessions. Emma has a background in corporate sales and focuses on the importance of strong relationships.

Mark Bryce

Head of Movement & Nourishment Pillar

Mark is a dedicated health and fitness enthusiast. With 16 years of senior level experience in the corporate world, he appreciates the challenges that individuals face in balancing their health and career. His mission is to provide wellbeing coaching to high-performing individuals and business owners.

Lara Hall-Bryce

Lara is an expert in growing e-commerce opportunities in health and wellness. With a Level 3 Personal Training qualification and a background in recruitment, she is passionate about wellbeing and understands the significance of employee wellness in retaining and attracting talent.

Tina is a highly experienced professional in the field of mental health and wellbeing. Tina is also trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Safeguarding Training, Positive Psychology Coaching and Self Love Coaching.

The 2022 State of the Global Workforce Report
