Press Release: Selina Zenonos joins We Talk Wellbeing

We Talk Wellbeing are delighted to announce that Selina Zenonos (nee Camara) has joined the team as an associate. Selina, is a Certified WRAW Practitioner and is undertaking the RSPH level 3 Diploma in Health and Wellbeing Improvement- Supporting Behaviour Change in Professional Practice. 

Dr Glenda Rivoallan, Founder of We Talk Wellbeing said “We’re really excited to have Selina as part of the growing team and business. She complements the existing team by adding another important layer of expertise, bringing both an understanding of how wellbeing impacts KPIs as well as subject matter expertise in Diversity and Inclusion and Wellbeing.”

Emma Hassock added “Selina’s previous HR experience gives her a unique insight into the development of wellbeing strategy from both our perspective as an external provider but also from the perspective of having developed people in such roles”. 

Selina brings a wealth of experience from her career of 26 years in the Banking & Finance sector covering banking, service strategy & operational management. Her latter years in Finance were spent in HR roles spanning Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Gibraltar, London, Edinburgh & Luxembourg.

As well as being a HR generalist, Selina played a key role in the delivery of a bank wide sales and service training programme. Selina also held specialist HR roles, leading the Graduate and Diversity & Inclusion programmes, Head of Talent & Resourcing, as well as being a Leadership Behavioural & Performance consultant.

Selina also spent time recently working in the Health & Social Care sector supporting and coaching the leadership team whilst implementing new ways of working.   

Selina is passionate about helping people to thrive personally and professionally through coaching and creating access and equality for all.  Her belief is that access, equality and wellbeing are intrinsically linked and so in addition to coaching she also enjoys developing strategies to create an inclusive workplace.
